This is my first time managing a CRM package and export/importing from our old and dated CRM was relatively easy. The biggest problem was caused by poor exporting functionality provided by ACT! Once exporting and data manipulation was complete, importing old CRM data to freshsales was easy.
Chat support is relatively quick and easy to use. Response time is relatively fast.
Support resolves any technical issues fairly quickly. If it takes multiple steps to troubleshoot, it is fully guided. For example, I needed to pull data from developer mode in my browser and it was easy to get the information needed due the live chat support and video examples provided.
