When you're burning the midnight oil, accurate time tracking can be the difference between mere mortal productivity and unstoppable efficiency. Clockify integrations makes it possible by integrating seamlessly with a variety of platforms and tools.

Rising above the noise of multiple integrations can be overwhelming. However, by examining the functions and benefits of popular Clockify integrations, you can make informed decisions about which ones best suit your needs.

In the midst of the rewritten content, the tone took a much-needed makeover to resonate with readers.

Clockify Integrations Overview

Clockify makes it easy to bridge the gap between your favorite project management, accounting, and productivity tools by integrating with over 80+ partner apps. With a wide range of integrations, you can streamline your workflow and make the most of your time entries.

This means you can track time directly from Trello, Asana, Jira, and more - without having to switch between tools. Plus, you can use Zapier to connect Clockify with 2,000+ other apps and automate your workflows.

Syncing Projects and Tasks

One of the most powerful features of Clockify integrations is the ability to sync your projects and tasks. For example, when you create a new project in Asana, it can automatically be added to Clockify. And when you update a task in Trello, those changes will be reflected in your Clockify projects.

Imagine having all your project data synced effortlessly, so you can focus on what really matters. Our automatic syncing capability saves you time and reduces errors, and with our filter options, you can focus on the projects and tasks that require your attention.

Custom Domains

Setting up a custom domain is easy - just follow the instructions in the Clockify Help Center. Once it's set up, you'll be able to access Clockify using your own domain name (e.g. time.yourcompany.com).

Disabling Integrations

If you ever need to disable a Clockify integration, it's easy to do. Just go to the Integrations page in your Clockify settings and click the "Disable" button next to the integration you want to turn off.

Keep in mind that disabling an integration will stop the sync between Clockify and that tool. So if you disable your Asana integration, for example, any new projects or tasks you create in Asana won't be automatically added to Clockify.

Of course, you can always re-enable an integration later if you need to. And if you run into any issues, the Clockify support team is always happy to help.

Setting Up Clockify with Google Calendar and Outlook

Discover the simplicity of tracking time spent in meetings and events with Clockify's integration with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Get a clear understanding of your workday by staying on top of your time spent with these effortlessly connected tools.

To set up the integration, just follow the instructions in the Clockify Help Center for Google Calendar or Outlook. Once it's set up, you'll see a "Start timer" button next to each event in your calendar. Just click that button to start tracking time for that event in Clockify.

Viewing Team Member's Calendar

Prominent in Clockify is the ability to peek into your team members' calendars, revealing their time allocations and flagging potential scheduling bottlenecks for a smoother team performance.

To view a team member's calendar, just go to the "Team" page in Clockify and click on their name. Then, click the "Calendar" tab to see their events for the week. You can also click "Agenda" to see a list view of their upcoming events.

Adding and Editing Time

In addition to tracking time from your calendar events, you can also manually add and edit time entries in Clockify. This is useful if you need to adjust the time spent on a particular event or add time for an event that wasn't in your calendar.

To do this, just go to the "Timesheet" page in Clockify and click the "+" button to add a new time entry. From there, you can select the project, task, and date for the entry, and enter the start and end times. You can also add a description and mark the entry as billable if needed.

Working with Multiple Calendars

If you have multiple calendars in Google Calendar or Outlook (e.g. a work calendar and a personal calendar), you can choose which ones to sync with Clockify. This way, you can track time only for the events that are relevant to your work.

To do this, go to the "Integrations" page in your Clockify settings and click on the Google Calendar or Outlook integration. Then, click the "Edit" button and select the calendars you want to sync. You can also choose whether to sync all future events or only events from a certain date range.

Disconnecting Google Calendar or Outlook

If you ever need to disconnect your Google Calendar or Outlook integration, it's easy to do. Just go to the "Integrations" page in your Clockify settings and click the "Disconnect" button next to the integration you want to remove.

Keep in mind that this will stop the sync between Clockify and your calendar, so any new events you create won't be automatically added to Clockify. However, any time entries you've already tracked will remain in your Clockify account.

Integrating Clockify with Project Management Tools

Say goodbye to juggling multiple apps and switch between Clockify and your favorite project management tools with our seamless integrations. Connect with Asana, Trello, and Jira directly from your Clockify account and start tracking time with ease.

Setting up these integrations is similar to setting up the calendar integrations. Just go to the "Integrations" page in your Clockify settings and follow the instructions for the tool you want to connect. Once the integration is set up, you'll see a "Start timer" button next to each task in your project management tool.

In your Clockify settings, navigate to the "Integrations" page and click on the Google Sheets integration. From there, connect your Google account and select the spreadsheet where you'd like to export your data.

Once the integration is set up, you can use the Clockify Reports feature to export your data to Google Sheets on a regular basis. You can choose which data to include in the report (e.g. time entries, projects, tasks) and set up a schedule for when the report should be generated.
