1. Sign in to your Insightly account and open the contact containing the data you want to transfer, such as customer information and job details.
2. In Insightly, label the information you want to transfer with Magical, like Contact Name, Email Address, or Job Title.
3. Sign in to your Mailchimp Formidable account and open the record where you want to add the Insightly data.
4. Type "//" in an empty field and select the information you want to transfer from Insightly such as Contact Name, Company Name, etc.
5. The next time you fill out a record, Magical will automatically transfer all the fields into the form with one click.
